• National Delivery: We partner with Courier Guy for all national deliveries. Please expect delivery within 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location.
• Order Processing: Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within 14 business days.
• Delivery Requirements: It's essential to be present at the delivery address to receive your parcel. If you're not available, please ensure someone is there to accept it within 24 hours.
• Return to Sender: If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. We'll charge a reshipping fee to send it again.
• Address Updates: If you'll no longer be at the original delivery address, please notify us by email with your updated information.
